How are your products made?

Each item in our shop is created in small batches right here in our home studio. Every notepad, mini note, planner, bookmark, vinyl sticker, and spell item is:

• Printed and cut by hand

• Glued or bound with care

• Crafted using sustainably sourced, thicker paper and sturdy backing

Because of this handcrafted process, slight imperfections or variations may occur — we believe this adds to the charm and uniqueness of every piece.

How long does it take to process and ship my order?

Orders typically take 5-10 business days to process before shipping. This allows time for each batch creation, quality checking, and enchantment (of course). You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

 Need something sooner? Reach out and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

Do you offer blind shipping?

Yes! We offer blind shipping upon request — perfect for gifting or discreet deliveries. Simply leave a note at checkout or message us after your order is placed.

What if I see a tiny imperfection in my item?

We embrace the beauty of handmade. Each piece is crafted with intention and may have minor variations (like slight trimming or binding shifts) that won’t affect the usability or aesthetic of your product. If something seems truly off, please contact us — your satisfaction means everything.

Where do your ideas and designs come from?

Our collections are inspired by witchy rituals, gothic libraries, moonlit journaling, and all things mystical. Everything you see — from notepads to spell jars — is designed by hand and infused with our cozy, cottagecore-meets-gothic vibe.

Can I send my order as a gift?

Absolutely! Many of our Moonbeams send magic to friends and loved ones. You can leave a gift message at checkout, and we’ll be sure to leave out pricing and include your note. Optional gift wrapping is available separately.

Do you accept returns?

Due to the handmade nature of our items, we currently do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at lunarquillandpaper@gmail.com and we’ll make it right.
